PANEER AND PEAS BHURJI !!!!!!!



Paneer-peas bhurji is an easy n quick to prepare side dish. Goes well with rotis/rice. You can use this as filling for STUFFED CAPSICUMS.

INGREDIENTS:-

Paneer - 200gm
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly - 1
Fresh/frozen green peas - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1
Turmeric pow - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly pow - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pow - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Salt to taste

METHOD:-

1. Saute chopped onion+chopped capsicum+lil ginger-garlic paste+slit green chilly for a few mins.
2. Boil fresh/frozen green peas till done and drain. Add these to onions.
3. Add turmeric pow+red chilly pow+chopped tomato+salt and fry till tomatoes are mashed.
4. Add garam masala and saute for a min.
5. Add crumbled paneer and mix till all the flavour mix.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

(You can use paneer-peas bhurji as filling for STUFFED CAPSICUMS as shown in the pic above)
