I adapted this recipe from my FB friend & she adapted this recipe from KUDPIRAJ'S GARAM TAWA. Dosa came out really nice & crispy too. A healthy & yummy recipe for breakfast. A must try one. Btw, coconut chutney i presented here is made by my MIL :D
INGREDIENTS:-
2
cups rice
3/4
cup urad daal
1/4cup
toor daal
1/4
cup chana daal
1
tsp methi seeds
1
handful poha
salt
to taste
2 tsp sugar.
METHOD:-
1. Soak
the rice and daals together with methi seeds for 3-4 hrs.
2. Wash a handful of
poha and grind together.
3. Allow it ferment overnight
4. add salt and sugar and
mix well
5. And make crispy dosas.
6. Serve with coconut chutney.
