KOMAL DOSA !!!!

I adapted this recipe from a food group KAF and it is posted by my one of FB friend Narayan Kamath, This is super soft dosa and perfect dish for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:-

urad dal - 3/4 cup
white rice - 2 cup
toor dal - a handful
cooked white rice - a handful

METHOD:-

1. Soak urad dal+white rice+toor dal in water for 2 hours.
2. Grind these along with cooked white rice ans salt to a smooth paste.
3. ferment it to 8-10 hrs/who;e night.
4. Next morning heat dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of batter on it and make thin dosas.
5. Serve it hot with coconut chutney.
