I adapted this recipe from SEEMA'S DINE DEVINE. But i made slight changes in recipe. Actually this is my second try of making egg pakoras. First i tried using Ananthi Gobhi Manchurian Masala Powder & that tasted too good. This is also tasted good but my son liked my 1st try.
INGREDIENTS:-
Eggs - 10 (actually i boiled only 5 eggs but this recipe needs 10 eggs)
Bengal gram flour/ besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
salt to taste
jeera pow - 1/2 tsp
red chilly powder - 5 tsp
oil for deep frying
METHOD:-
1. Boil eggs.
2. Remove the outer cover & cut them in halves.
3. In a bowl,take gram flour+ rice flour+ginger garlic paste+tomato sauce+ jeera pow+chilly powder+salt to taste.
4. .Mix thoroughly,adding little water make thick batter.
5. Dip boild egg halves into the dough.
