VERMICILLY UPMA !!!!!!!


INGREDIENTS:-

vermicilly - 200 gms
water -  500 ml
onions, finely chopped - 200gms
tomato, finely chopped - 100 gms'
oil - 100 gms
green peas (fresh/frozen) - 1/2 cup
coconut powder / grated coconut - 100 gms
bengal gram dai - 1tsp
mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
urad dal - 1 tsp
green chillies - 3-4
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
curry leaves - 2 strands


METHOD:-

1. Fry mustard seeds,urad dalbengal gram dal, sliced onions, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes.
2. Add salt , water & green peas. Boil water until green peas is cooked.
3. Add vermicilly & boil for 3 more mins.
4. Add coconut powder or grated coconut cook further 2 mins. 
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve hot.
