INGREDIENTS:-
fried vermicelli - 1 cup
tomato - 2 medium
grated carrot - 1/4 cup
onion, thinly sliced - 1
green chilly - 2-3
lemon juice - 1 tbl sp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
urad dal - 1 tsp
turmeric pow - 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil - 2 tsp
water - 1 1/2 cup
red chillies - 2
curry leaves - few strands
METHOD :-
1. Take a non-stick tawa and heat oil and then add mustard seeds+urad dal+red chilly.
2. Once mustard seeds starts spluttering add curry leaves+green chilly_onions amd fry it till transparent.
3. Then add chopped tomato+carrot and fry a bit and add turmeric pow+water+salt to it.
4. Add fried vermicelli to the mixture and mix it properly and close the lid and let it cook for about 15-20 mins in a medium flame.
5. Keep mixing it once a while just to make sure everything is cooked properly.
6. Once it is done add lime juice and stir a bit and serve hot.
