INGREDIENTS:-
Instant
coffee powder - 1 tablespoon
Dark
chocolate,grated - 50 grams
Milk - 3/4 cup
Cream - 3/4 cup
Brown
sugar - 4 tablespoons
Method:-
1. Heat
milk and cream in a non stick pan.
2. Add dark chocolate and instant coffee powder and mix. Stirring till the chocolate melts.
3. Add the brown sugar and stir till the sugar melts.
4. Add gelatin and mix till everything is well blended.
5. Cool and strain through a fine sieve. (i skipped this step).
6. Pour into small bowls or stemmed glasses or moulds.
7. Place them in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hrs.
8. De-mould it.
9. And serve chilled or serve in the same container.
