INGREDIENTS:-
apple - 2
milk - 2 litre
sugar - 1/2 cup
cardamom pow - 1/2 tsp
almonds - few for garnishing
METHOD:-
1. Boil milk to reduce to 2/3rd of volume.
2. In another pan, cook apples (peeled & chopped ) & sugar (add sufficient water ).
3. When apples have soften drain.
4. Add drained liquid to kheer.
5. Boil milk further for 5 mins to thicken.
6. Add in apple & 1/2 tsp cardamom powder to it.
7. Cook further for 5 mins.
8. Serve hot or chilled.
9. Garnish it with almonds.
