CASHEW NUT KHEER !!!!!!


INGREDIENTS:-

cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
milk - 250 ml
sugar - 3/4 cup
saffron strands - few for garnishing
raisins - few for garnishing

METHOD:-

1. Soak cashew nuts in water over night & make paste of it in mixer.
2. Boil the milk.
3. Add the cashew nut paste+sugar to the milk & keep stirring till the sugar completely dissolves.
4. Garnish it with saffron strands & raisins.
5. Serve it hot or chilled.
