HALDI MIRCH KA PANEER...a finger licking dry subzi for rotis. Can prepare this in 10 mins. I adapted this recipe from my most favourite FB friend SUPHALA SHENOY. A must try dish...My son's favourite. You can use this as filling for frankies too.
INGREDIENTS:-
paneer - 200 gms
onion, cubed - 1 medium
tomato, cubed - 1 medium
capsicum, cubed - 1 small
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
red chilly powder - 1 tsp
oil for seasoning
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
METHOD:-
1. Cut paneer into cubes & soak them in water till use.
2. In a kadai, heat oil & add cumin seeds. When they crackle add cubed veggies & saute for 2 minutes.
3. Now add turmeric powder & red chilly powder & mix well.
4. Finally add paneer & salt & mix well & cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
6. Serve hot with rotis.
