EGG RICE....one more easy & quick to make egg dish for lunch box. I adopted this recipe from BAWARCHI.COM. Here i made slight changes according to our taste. Will mention about it in recipe. A must try recipe....healthy & yummy too.
INGREDIENTS:-
cooked rice - 1/2 cup
green chilly, slitted - 1
egss - 2
ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
onion, finely chopped - 2
turmeric pow - a pinch
red chilly pow - 1/4 tsp
garam masala pow - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tsp
salt to taste
METHOD:-
- Saute the onion and green chilli in 2 tbsp of oil
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for sometime
- Now add turmeric and chilli powder, garam-masala and salt. Mix well.
- Break eggs into this & make scrambled egg .
- Add cooked rice and mix well
- Garnish with the coriander leaves. Serve hot with raita or any curry.
