INGREDIENTS:-
eggs - 2
oil - 2 tsp
salt & red chilly powder/sambar powder/pepper powder
METHOD:-
1. Heat the non-stick tawa & put 1 tsp oil , Now break the egg & slip it to a pan one at a time. Now immediately reduce the heat.
2. Cook slowly until white is completely set & yolk begin to thicken but not hard.
3. Now flip it over in pan & cook another side to desired doneness.
4. Sprinkle salt & red chilly powder/sambar powder/ pepper powder & serve hot.
5. Repeat the same procedure for 2nd egg too.
NOTE:- To get desired shape, break the eggs into any mould as i have done here.
